Shaynes three big passions in life are singing, dancing and football. He plays the guitar and as a teenager Shayne made it through to the final 30 in the Pop idol competition.
Shayne Ward won the X Factor final on Saturday 17th of December 2005 singing Judy Garland's 'Somewhere Over The Rainbow', Johnny Mathis' 'When A Child Is Born' and Daniel Bedingfield's 'If You're Not The One'
He went on to release his first single 'That's My Goal' which went on to be a Number one hit.
Following his single 'Thats My Goal' He was nominated for the 2006 Brit Awards!
